“Feeling is the Secret.”
As you’re just waking up in the morning and right before falling asleep, your mind is in the alpha brainwave state – a good, meditative state when your subconscious mind is open to positive suggestions. They are perfect times for feeding it positive words, images and feelings.
This is a great way to start reprogramming your subconscious mind to replace things like worry and anxiety.
Here’s the video that goes along with this post:

A Powerful Morning Practice That Can Improve Your Life
Dr. Joe Dispenza says that a person shouldn’t step out of bed in the morning until they are so excited about themselves and who they are becoming, so excited about their life, and so excited for the day ahead.
You’re probably saying right now that it’s easy for him to say. He doesn’t have your life and your stress. But, this is a man who was paralyzed from an accident and was told he’d be bedridden for the rest of his life. He’s been to the lowest of lows. And he vowed that if he ever got out of that bed, he would dedicate his life to this subject. That’s just what he did. He is an absolutely amazing person. I believe he’s one of the greats of our time.
He also says that what people don’t realize is in order to create a new personal reality, they have to create a new personality. Isn’t that a great statement? It’s not about disliking who you are now. Or not accepting yourself.
It’s about shedding the old thoughts, habits, and beliefs about yourself that aren’t serving you so you can live your best life. We all have amazing potential inside of us, if we could just learn to tap into it, he says.
If you want a new outcome, you will have to break the habit of being yourself, and reinvent a new self. — Joe Dispenza
So, when you wake up, the best thing you can do is to start counting your blessings. Start thinking of everything you are grateful for. Don’t stop until you are feeling amazing.
Then, the next step is to decide who you want to be today. How do you want to act? What do
you want to say? What will your day look like? Picture it all in your mind.
Then don’t get out of bed until you already feel like that person.
A Powerful Nighttime Practice That Can Improve Your Life
How about at night right before you fall asleep? I have a similar suggestion from another great person from years ago.
Neville Goddard suggested back then that a person fall asleep in the wish fulfilled. Meaning, as you drift off to sleep, pretend you are the person you want to become. Imagine you have the qualities you are striving for like confidence and inner strength. Imagine you are living the life you want to be living.
While you’re at it, have some fun. Feel as if you are in the bed of your dream home or on your dream vacation. The sheets are Egyptian cotton; the room is decorated in the most adorable farmhouse chic style; the ocean waves are crashing nearby; the faint ocean mist is seeping
through the open window; your family members are all enjoying their rooms, as well.
You get the picture. What would feel good to you?
